Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. The items in your online shopping cart are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers until it is checked out.

Pre-Order & Shipping

Kindly take note that pre-order products will process and dispatched after payment is received. Estimated delivery times provided are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date the order is sent out. We are not responsible for any delays caused by postage provider or destination customs clearance processes.

We will appoint a postage provider to manage all delivery services.

We cannot guarantee that the actual products and colours will look exactly the same as what was displayed on the customer’s monitor screen as there are many factors involved which may probably result in subtle differences in terms of colours, etc.
